Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort Motel - Wells Beach Maine is in the heart of the Southern Maine Coast, directly on Wells Beach, one of the largest sandy beaches in Maine. Enjoy direct beach access, plus a year round indoor heated pool, waterfall hot tub and workout room. We have a complex of nine different buildings, five of which sit right on the beach. Many of our rooms have private balconies with panoramic views of the ocean. We are open year round, allowing you to enjoy the beach through every season. Lafayette’s guest rooms and suites are located in a compound of nine buildings. Five are oceanfront and four are just a few steps from the beach.
